Rachael has been an amazing support during a time when I felt lost, confused, and emotionally raw in my relationship. Her compassion and insight make her an exceptional therapist, and I’m deeply grateful for her guidance.

Racheal is an incredible therapist. Years ago, she helped me build the courage I needed to walk away from a toxic relationship and start looking for a new partner with renewed priorities and stronger self esteem. Today I am happily married to a wonderful man and we are parents to two beautiful children. I am deeply appreciative of the things I learned and strength I built while in therapy session with Rachael.
Truly an amazing journey over the last year with Rachael. We were able to dive deep into my life and really gain understanding on who I am and gain necessary life and coping skills to in turn live my best life! Thank you so much!
