They are sorely lacking in customer service etiquette!
I recently ordered some wrapper leaf from whole leaf for the first time ever as I usually go with Total Leaf. This has to be some of the worst quality wrapper I have ever used in the past 8 years of cigar rolling. I ordered Dominican Criollo and habano oscuro. The Criollo I decided to use as binder leaf now just because that's the quality it is. The oscuro I just opened up today. Not much better
