Krystal is amazing here.
I was so stressed and tight and Krystal’s online booking allowed me to get in as soon as I could! She was on time, courteous and really paid attention to extra sore areas to make sure they got the therapy they needed! Will be going back! A true gem!
Refuses to produce a receipt for me post massage a few months later (as my Insurance company is requesting). Refuses to get back to me (over a two and a half week period). I have left 3 voice messages and two texts for that ONE receipt … on the CURRENT phone number listed on her website that has an answering machine set up that was never full when I called. I’ve been seeing Krystal for 9 years. She is one of the absolute BEST massage therapists in the city. She direct bills to almost every major Insuance company. She’s flexible and accommodating to clients and ALWAYS fixes my muscular issues. Five stars isn’t enough to rate such a wonderful therapist and person! 10/10 highly recommend seeing Krystal!
