The nutrition coaching was a great experience. I went from having a slow metabolism eating 2 large meals a day feeling sluggish and tired relying on caffeine to make it through the afternoons to eating several portion appropriate meals a day, sleeping better, having more energy and overall just feeling more like myself. Highly recommend!
