I am looking forward to the opening of your new store. I have noticed that you do not refrigerate your apples in other stores and hope that you will refrigerate them in this new one. Apples need to be kept 34 degrees at 90 percent humidity in order to stay crisp and tart. I would love to find crispy, tarte Macintosh apples in your store this time of year when they are in season.
