I recently visited the Whole Foods in Boston (Cambridge Street / downtown area) and I have mixed but mostly positive impressions. The first thing you notice is variety — they carry a wide array of organic produce, specialty items, bulk goods, artisanal cheeses, and a solid selection of prepared foods and grab-and-go meals.
