On 10/4 around 7pm I went to the meat counter, man was mopping the floor and didn't think he would be the one to wait on customers. By this time two other people came up to the counter and still a few seconds went by without a notice from him or the man in the back room. The man mopping finally noticed customers and put down the mop and began to take my order. He did not wash his hands and it appeared he didn't want to be interrupted from mopping.
