I always have a great experience at the Whole Foods Market. The store definitely has a unique and fun spirit. The customer service is friendly and helpful. If you cannot find an item you used to buy and wonder if a new product is as good of a quality, the item is given to you for free to try. I also love the wide selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Fish is always fresh and the bread from the bakery is wonderful!
Great beer and wine selection, and the seafood section was nicer than those I've seen at other, larger Whole Foods. The staff are friendly, but they have very few open check stands. The store is very crowded, so the lines are long and move slowly. Some of service counters aren't well-staffed either.
Whole foods has great clam chowder and the hot bar is great, just pricey. Love the selection of teas.
Love that you can walk in and get cold salad or hot soup. They usually have several options of yummy soups.

Most people will likely know what they're getting with whole foods - a selection of fresh, largely organic, and more expensive options. The selection really is very good, especially the salad bar area and the produce. The staff are generally friendly and helpful as well.
I continue to shop here because they carry somethings that I can't get anywhere else. Their customer service is horrible! The cashiers are not friendly and I am rarely asked if I need any help. I am never greeted with a smile. The employees don't seem to like their jobs. Would shop here more if the customer service was better.
