Not the best Whole Foods The one REALLY big problem I have with this Whole Foods is that not only is the selection far less superior to that of lets say its cousin in Cherry Creek , Colorado or Santa Fe , New Mexico but the prices are 3 times more expensive than the other 2..truly disappointing..just because Miami is a far reach from being a more-palatable health food Mecca like Colorado does not mean we do not work as hard for our money or expect the same pristine collection of fare. A Goldmine It's no wonder this store is always crowded. They have a fantastic selection of organic products from produce to freshly made entrees. This place is not cheap, but people do not mind paying the big prices because they know they are gettng quality. My favorite is the seitan and lasagna in the fresh food section. Organic Foods and a Great Deli Valencia Whole Foods feature fresh organic fruits and vegetables, some of which are really hard to find at stores like Safeway and Cala Foods. They also have nuts and grains that are reasonably-priced. Their deli is very popular to people in the area because of the many different types of sandwiches and dishes they make, such as tofu and hummus sandwiches. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Natural Foods This store came into the St. Matthews area a little over a year ago and has quickly caught on to those who love natures best. The prices maybe a little high for some but others feel that it is not out of range for the quality it brings to its store. The place is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful and everything is easy to find. Love those free samples to try on new items
