Most unprofessional service ever, avoid this place! They don't care about loyal patients who have been attending their clinic for over 5 years. Careful if you question their strict cancellation policy as they will terminate your services effective immediately and cancel all your appointments with no care about ongoing treatments or even providing copies of files or reports. My child had a wonderful OT here but unfortunately they resigned. At the same time as a bunch of great OTs also leaving, my son aged out of Early Intervention NDIS. Once that had happened, Whole Family Health did not bother putting my child onto a new therapist for, despite my willingness to pay privately for necessary therapy (and their own therapists opinion that my child still required significant therapy. After trying out all different OT this is one of the best have really helped my daughter and she has improved so much with her therapy highly recommended Gloria. Even got here name on the board for the month of October with learning her zones
We absolutely love coming to musical therapy with Liam. We have so much fun each time we come. It’s amazing to see how much progress Zoe has made in such little time. Liam is very accomodating for Zoe, ensuring she’s comfortable and is able to reach all her goals! We could not recommend enough :)
We have been attending whole family health with Jess now for a few years. Every person we have had the pleasure of receiving support from has been amazing, to & for our whole family. Thank you everyone 🫶🏼
