Our therapist recommended that we see an OT for sensory-seeking behavior. We were so lucky to find Sarah! Sarah has a masterful way of meeting our daughter where she is at, assessing her needs, and educating her father and me. We would highly recommend Sarah!
What stands out to me about Sarah is her genuine care and compassion for each child, teen, and adult who has the privilege of being in her care. She uses her extensive training to serve each person from a holistic perspective based on solid scientific research. Sarah has been lovely OT for our son - we have been working together the last couple months and she has been the best addition to our family helped us learn how to help our son with his sensory integration and life has been so much calmer since she joined us!
I worked with Sarah using somatic experiencing to reduce the residual trauma from a car accident. After our sessions I was no longer triggered when I was driving on crowded streets. I am SO grateful for our work together.
Sarah and I worked together on Somatic Experience and in just one session, I experienced a huge shift! This shift allowed me to follow through with something that I had previously been struggling with and now amazingly is no problem at all!
