Words cannot describe the incredible work Helen does with women of all walks of life. This is my 2nd year in Helen's Womens Circle and I am very grateful my search for connection, and transformation took me here...to a safe place where I commenced my journey of spiritual self discovery and change. Being able to share my experiences to an amazing group of women - without judgment and to connect on a profound deeper level has been one of the best things I have done in my life.
Helen is a wonderful, warm, caring and skillful soul who curates the most beautiful experiences for all. Her yoga nidra and soundbaths are amazing and she holds the space with real care. If you are looking for a truly sublime experience her retreats take things to the next level! Nourishing food, care, and deeply restorative and connecting activities. Highly recommend

I have just come back from the most extraordinary Retreat run by Helen from Helen Forster Soul work. For 5 days we concentrated on opening our heart using breath work, meditation, silence, cacao reflection and lots more. It is one of these events that can only be truly experienced by experiencing it. Helen holds the space and all the participants with such love and reverence. I believe we all need these retreats to spend time peeling back the layers having space, time and love to do it in. You are an incredible woman Helen
