I had already purchased a bike and wanted to find out what small adjustments I needed to make. I was with John for over 2 hours as he measured and watched how I rode on the trainer. He looked at all aspects including my cleats and shoes. His input was fantastic. What's even more impressive, is that I can email questions and he still will respond and work with me. I highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend Dario Fredrick and Whole Athlete Performance Center if you want your bike to perform at it's best. I took up road biking after many decades of endurance running and coaching, and have had a lot to learn in a short time. John spent 2+ hours working with me and my 2 road bikes. I'd been riding them with improper cleat settings and seats that were WAY out of adjustment. The improvements were immediate. I can't wait to get my bikes on the road. Wish I had done this much sooner. Highly recommended for professional bike fitting!!!
I highly recommend Whole Athlete as a training center. Dario Frederick was recommended to me in 2010 for a bike-fit. After three previous fitters, Dario worked with me to accomplish a perfect fit on my Serotta. IF you are thinking about a new bike, start with Dario. He designed a new Seven to my perfect fit and it is beautiful and comfortable!! Dario is experienced, knowledgeable, communicative, respectful of budget and you as a cyclist, and a pleasure to work with.
