I had already purchased a bike and wanted to find out what small adjustments I needed to make. I was with John for over 2 hours as he measured and watched how I rode on the trainer. He looked at all aspects including my cleats and shoes. His input was fantastic. What's even more impressive, is that I can email questions and he still will respond and work with me. I highly recommend them.

I strongly recommend Dario Fredrick and Whole Athlete Performance Center if you want your bike to perform at it's best. I took up road biking after many decades of endurance running and coaching, and have had a lot to learn in a short time.
