Easy parking, short walk to the boats and ships. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cute shops a few hundred yards into town
All good things come to an end. We docked shortly after midnight. We were in the first group to disembark to head to the airport. We purchased bus tickets for a 1-1/2 bus drive to Anchorage. You can only drive through the tunnel at certain times going one way. The traffic goes the other way at different times. It was a beautiful drive with more snow capped mountains and glaciers along the way. We made it to the Anchorage airport with plenty of extra times...be patient with the luggage. It gets there...eventually.
