Overcharges for basic tax filing. And, for 2 years I’m dealing with trying to fix an incorrect NYS tax filing that they prepared. And, they’re still collecting and charging me interest for their over inflated, sub par fee. Stay away. I could have messed my own filling up this bad for $59.99 on turbo tax, in half the amount of time.

Significantly overcharges on basic tax filing for individuals. Personal taxes should cost no more than $100-200, but they charge $300-600 for simple taxes. Time to go somewhere else.
