Very poor service and communication from Jim the owner of this business - over charged us despite us giving lots of notice 4 pax not travelling charged us the full amount and won’t refund - very rude on the phone - even have the text messages to show the confirmed cancellation - don’t use this over priced service - lots of very nice cab drivers in Airlie Beach.

I am surprised at how poorly managed this service has been… Firstly on pick up from the airport, we were asked to write down all our credit card details including csv onto a piece of paper and hand it around the bus, which is not only an unacceptable form of payment but also illegal! I contacted the manager Jim who was no help at all with taking payment and even asked again to take details over the phone! - no secure payment system. Booked via hotel. The picking up service was great, but the drop off service was very disappointing. Not recommended.

We got picked up at 11:55 today from our hotel the ride was alright but considering the driver was texting on his phone throughout the trip while driving and looking up and down from the road and pulling out fast infront of cars turning round roundabouts I didn’t feel the most safe or comfortable leaving my holiday.
