On arrival was greeted by Jack, Jack was excellent and was full of knowledge as to what to do, where to go, he was such a happy, delightful man and nothing was too much trouble, being the first time we had been to Airly Beach, I thank Jack for giving us the great advice that he gave, and was such a great person, Thankyou Jack, you have done the company proud..Well done!
Not a great experience. Jack and Al were great and gave us good information about Airlie beach. Jim was rude and abrupt. We had 2 issues that made the experience rocky and weren’t offered an explanation or compensation to rectify the situation. Wouldn’t use this company again.
What a friendly welcome arriving at the airport and shown to the clean comfortable van. Driver Al was all smiles explaining the scenery and the best places to eat, drink and play.
Terrible customer service. Time to retire.
Very poor service and communication from Jim the owner of this business - over charged us despite us giving lots of notice 4 pax not travelling charged us the full amount and won’t refund - very rude on the phone - even have the text messages to show the confirmed cancellation - don’t use this over priced service - lots of very nice cab drivers in Airlie Beach.
