Took a cab to get here. Door opens: “oh he’s not here today”. Had to take a cab back into the city. No further help. Please update the closing times in the future if you’re not there or at least remove the board outside the house.

I rang this company with a problem with my iPhone . The gentleman was on the road when he took my call. He listened to my problem and talked me through it all within a minute. Problem solved. Thank you for taking my call and helping me Strait away. I was in a bit of a panic and he helped me with no question. Thank you so much. I’ll be using you guys again!! What an amazing service Dan provides. We were holidaying on Hamilton Island and unfortunately broke an iphone in 2 pieces with a cracked screen, and the only option was to get it fixed at Airlie, a 2 hour ferry trip away, essentially losing a day of our holiday and the cost of the ferry and ubers, which are not cheap. I phoned Dan and he organised for us to send it on the ferry as freight, he picked it up from the ferry in airlie, took it back to his office, repaired it, and then dropped it back to the ferry where we picked ... read more

Can't speak highly enough of Dan and Whitsunday iPhone Screen Repairs. I've had screen and battery replacements done a couple of times and his work is A+ and you can be sure of getting quality parts. He happily goes the extra mile to get your devices in top condition!
