Absolutely horrendous customer service. My company went through this law firm for services; therefore, it must be reported on a Form 1099. I called, as it is my job to collect company's EIN for 1099 purposes this time of year, and was met with the most abrasive individual. I have called countless companies for years regarding their EIN and have never been spoken to so harshly and in such a rude manner.
