Richard Whitsitt L CPA is a bad person. A vulgar human. I have family who rented a home from him. He moved in some party people next to our family. Party people were up all night playing loud music on many occasions. Very disruptive. Many times the police were dispatched. Whitsitt's response was to try to evict my family for reporting the noisy neighbors on multiple occasions.
