I looked all over when my mom needed memory care and Whitney Place in Medway was by far the best place. Compassionate, friendly and capable staff. Great activities, entertainment, gorgeous modern clean facility and outdoor spaces too!
Our family recently moved our mother into the Medway location and couldn’t be more grateful to the entire staff for a seamless transition. The sales staff were supportive and happy to answer any questions we had. My mother has had an excellent experience at Whitney Place in Medway. We worked with Jonathan Trelaje at two Salmon properties and he made the entire process smooth and easy - like coming home. It is a beautiful facility, but, more importantly, the staff are caring and engaged. My mother tells me daily how happy she is living in the Assisted Living community. Jonathan Terlaje is truly one of the most magnificent people I have ever met. He was kind, thorough, exceptionally knowledgeable and truly professional.
We started looking at this facility almost a year before we finally arrived with my parents. My initial contact with Jonathan Terlaje was wonderful, full of information, and our tour of the facility with him told us this was the place for my parents. His patience throughout the months leading up to their arrival with multiple calls, emails answering our questions was phenomenal.
