Our family recently moved our mother into the Medway location and couldn’t be more grateful to the entire staff for a seamless transition. The sales staff were supportive and happy to answer any questions we had. We were in awe of how organized the move into our mother's new living quarters was..actually arranging the packing of her old place and unpacking into her Willow home. My mother has had an excellent experience at Whitney Place in Medway. We worked with Jonathan Trelaje at two Salmon properties and he made the entire process smooth and easy - like coming home. It is a beautiful facility, but, more importantly, the staff are caring and engaged. My mother tells me daily how happy she is living in the Assisted Living community. We started looking at this facility almost a year before we finally arrived with my parents. My initial contact with Jonathan Terlaje was wonderful, full of information, and our tour of the facility with him told us this was the place for my parents. His patience throughout the months leading up to their arrival with multiple calls, emails answering our questions was phenomenal.
