Whitney Oertel was super helpful in navigating the mortgage process and explained our options and developed different scenarios(E.g. mortgage types, rate buydown, etc..) to help us better understand what would work best for us. She was always very prompt in her replies even during evening and weekend hours and was among the first to congratulate us at closing, even though she was unable to be there in person. We really appreciated her availability and knowledge throughout our first time home buying process.
We lived in San Diego and Whitney made the process smoothly. She communicates clearly and on a timely manner. Very professional. I highly recommend her if you do not want any hiccups on your closing.
