Whitney was always willing and quick to respond throughout the process. She communicated well with everyone involved (even after normal hours), locked-in the rate at an appropriate time, and worked to ensure closing occurred before expiration. She seems to me like she is very professional and great at her job. Whitney would be my first recommendation for a loan officer.
Whitney Oertel was super helpful in navigating the mortgage process and explained our options and developed different scenarios(E.g. mortgage types, rate buydown, etc..) to help us better understand what would work best for us. She was always very prompt in her replies even during evening and weekend hours and was among the first to congratulate us at closing, even though she was unable to be there in person. We really appreciated her availability and knowledge throughout our first time home buying process.
