I went to see Whitney to quit smoking. I walked out of her office after the first session and never had the urge gain for a cigarrette. I went about a 7 weeks ago. I had other issues , I was dealing with like the grief of my husband's passing. She was wonderful and the things that she tought me will help me from now on. I took the seven sessions with her and I think my life has greatly improved with the things that she went over during the sessions. I am so grateful that I went to Whitney for help.

I’ve been dealing with anger issues that only seemed to get worse, which led me to seek help. That’s when I came across Whitney. Although I was skeptical at first, I decided to give her a shot — and I’m really glad I did. I can honestly say I’ve seen great improvement and I’m not as angry as I used to be. It has been almost a month since I completed the 7 sessions of hypnosis with Whitney. I am smoke free and do not crave cigarettes at all. I generally feel much better about my ability to do anything I set my mind to. Highly recommend Whitney, if you are willing to out in the work to change your habits for good and start creating the life that you want!
