We booked Whitney & Andrew Photo+Film for our May 2025 wedding. Our package included 10 hours of wedding day coverage, 8 hours of second shooter coverage, a bridal boudoir session, two engagement sessions, an online gallery, a 12x12 custom leather album, a custom wooden USB drive, print release, and the ability to order prints and products through the gallery. I had booked Whitney for our wedding August 2025. I got our photos back around late November and then she also told me around that time that our wedding video will be done end of November. I have screenshots of our messages of me constantly messaging her asking when our wedding video will be completed and when we would receive our à la carte wedding albums we added on AND paid for! I don't want to write a bad review because I did love most of my engagement, boudoir, and wedding photos. However, I do NOT feel like a valued customer and communication is very poor. Multiple times I've had messages that were left with no reply which is upsetting. We were told to expect our photos back after 6-8 weeks verbally at our wedding, which was longer than the contract time of 6 weeks. I was willing to be patient. My fiancée and I reached out to Whitney in mid-June to book a special photo session she was offering in Sheboygan. We secured one of the limited spots, and our session was scheduled for July 19th. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, Whitney had to cancel the morning of the session — which we completely understood as that’s out of our control.
