I feel so grateful and fortunate to have found this physio after being to two others who didn’t help my problem at all. Alison approaches physiotherapy in a way that explores the root cause of a problem, not just the symptoms. She was happy to educate me every step of the way, as well as giving me realistic exercises and lifestyle suggestions to help with my chronic knee injury.
