Paid over $15,000 for help with immigration for my children. Had NO IDEA what she was doing. Everything she sent was denied. When I legally adopted the children they missed the chance to immediately become American citizens because she has no idea about immigration. I hired Cheyenne for probate as my ex wife had died with whom I had children with. After giving her several thousand dollars I received little to no correspondence. She made my ex wife’s mother the Executor and I received absolutely nothing in return. She told me I had to deal with my ex wife’s mother to recoup. Do not hire her.
Cheyenne Whitfield was unprofessional and unresponsive. She NEVER returned calls, took weeks to reply to emails, and when she did, her answers provided no useful information. In person, she was rude and confrontational. Although she was representing a family member and not me directly, my interactions with her left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend her.
Cheyenne help our family with a voluntary deportation that was granted in our first hearing. My relative was able to leave the country a lot sooner then expected under this new administration.
