I would say due to the inadequate and unprofessional dealing over the 2024 tax situation maybe it is time to have new staffing. With this type of ignorance on handling others money it really make me , and I am sure others want to know what the actual qualifications of this staff holds if any.......

Just got off the phone with a very RUDE lady about my property taxes!! If you don't have the attitude to deal with customers on a daily basis, then you should get another job that does not deal with the public! I never received my property tax bill, it was going to the lady I bought the property from and the sweet lady I bought the property from just contacted me and said she's tried to call their office to get it corrected with no luck.
