I had a terrible experience with Whitewood Tax Solutions and strongly advise against using their services. Upon signing up and paying, their customer support was virtually nonexistent. Calls went unanswered, and they only communicated through impersonal phone messages, making it impossible to get timely updates. I repeatedly reached out to them, only to be promised callbacks that never happened.
