Picked 8/4/25. Dock is in the back of the building. Looks difficult at first sight but it's not bad at all. I was there 2 hrs but that was because I came on their lunch.
I recently purchased an unpainted solid wood Whitewood bookcase from Home Depot. The quality of the materials was excellent and it stained up perfectly. During the time it took to stain, I lost the bag with the hardware and instructions. So I called the company, planning to beg them to sell me an extra set. Instead, they quickly and happily GAVE me a new set and mailed it out that day. It's so rare to find such quality craftsmanship AND customer service. Honestly the workers here aren't workers they're slaves. The people in charge of each plant are corrupted and like to do inappropriate things with the female employees. This is why I will never ever work or buy from white wood. Please go spend your money on better things not in this hell place.
