I’ve been with Kelly garden for maybe about 10 months now. I’m about to hit my one year mark & wanted to share some of the things that I feel like Kelly gardens hold core values to. 1- unity. I’ve had the privilege of working at Kelly Gardens for the last two months, but I have been with the company since February of this year, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most compassionate and purpose-driven environments. There’s a lot to say about this job thing said to be done and never done. My time here was okay when the right people worked. The management horrible nobody talks to anybody soemtimes the ED wouldn’t even know what his nurses were doing. In my time I pulled hour on top of hour on top of hours for this job I walked almost a mile with one of their resident because they couldn’t get him home from somewhere they sent him. The only bad part on my end was I would call out usually when my children were sick. But then December came ... read more
