The stair treads that I bought were subpar at best. First it took FOREVER for me to receive them, which was extra inconvenienent because I had to reschedule the people I had hired to install them (since Whitewater doesn't do that?) Then we FINALLY got them in and installed, its 2 weeks later and I am already seeing wear. I can call to get it fixed but with delivery time, who knows if I will have usable stairs for the holidays 🙄
