My mother is a new resident here and I have been absolutley pleased. My mother is eating again, relaxed, her room is clean and kept clean daily by both facilites staff and her caregivers, she is taken care of around the clock, medicine on time everytime. She is cleaned and treated with love and respect her bedding is changed each and every time it needs it immediatley by her caregivers are amazing. It's the little things! Little things like acknowledging the residents of care centers and nursing homes are still important people. Acknowledging a special day like a birthday. Giving hugs and smiles to those who don't always understand. Today is the firsttime in several months, I got in my car after visiting mom and actually had "happy tears."I haven't seen her smile so much, or be so delighted as she was today in a very, very long time.
