Whitestone commons nursing/ rehab is a horrible place ,they where the reason my mom died from neglect, dont ever take a loved one their please.
I am writing for my sister Ms. Sinclair who is complaining about the freezing condition in her apartment at 360 White stone Corner. It appears that the emergency number places clients on hold and no one responses within reasonable time. It could be the thermostat that is not working properly. She's using oven, which could be dangerous to keep warm during one of the colest days of the year 4 degrees. Please so something!!
