Aug 2025 update: White’s is closed, owners retired after 71 years, according to the notice posted on the doors. Thanks for all the great memories: Best crumb cake in the universe, not just LBI. Truly perfect proportions: mostly crumb topping with yellow cake below. Just look at it! Get more than one or you'll be sorry.
I have been going here since I was a kid. It feels like a hallmark of my life. Fantastic cold cuts, great sandwiches, great bagels, friendly staff. Prices are reasonable given sizes, quality, staff, quality and location
Prices are outrageous! But there are no other options - so I guess they can get away with it. Friendly staff.
