Steve and his team are like surgeons. They get right down to the cause of your bike's issues and fix it once and for all. Had my MTB serviced by them. It ran better than brand new. In fact it ran so good that I participated in my first gravity race with it. They're thorough with their work and transparent with pricing.
Fantastic local bike shop with employees who are more than happy to give you advice on how to fix your bike using parts they provide. Will definitely be back!
Best local bike shop around in my humble opinion. Ellie, Joel, and Steve are the friendliest most helpful bike technicians you’ll find. They’re knowledgeable, generous with their time, do a great service and are very reasonably priced. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and they are hands down my go to bike shop.
Sorry to leave a negative review - however, I have just had a bad expereince with an online purchse not being accepted per the confirmation received. Summary of the process. I made a purchse on their website - and it said $0 postage Purchase was for a bike tyre $65, and $0 postage per the confirmation email, that stated "your package is on the way" and "tracking info will be sent soon" They then emailed asking me to send more money to cover postage. i was able to provide 1. evidence of confirmation of purchase showing $0 pos... read more
