My brother used this firm to assist with his UK visa renewal, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. It has now been almost a year with no updates, no communication, and no transparency. He was never even given his GWF number, which meant he could not track the progress of his application himself. The worst solicitors anybody could ask for. They only contact you when they ask for money but when you need help they dont offer their help. Literally the worst anyone could go to. Please save your money and go elsewhere
