The quality of the store has unfortunately decreased over the years, and our recent experience there was not the greatest. My Dad went in on August 22nd to buy milk, and originally it was priced at $0.99, the owner then tried to charge $2.99. The milk ended up being spoiled. The store is unfortunately not what it used to be and has become a health hazard.
The store isn't what it used to be, the food is often spoiled/expired and it isn't very cleanly. The one male staff/owner isn't very friendly but the ladies are absolutely lovely.
This store is such a disappointment in the last few years and as a result I won’t shop there again. It has totally been run into the ground and is actually unsafe from a health point of view as so many items are expired. I’ve specially ordered items which never appeared, had to rifle through 30 loaves of bread to find two that hadn’t expired, brought home a carton of cottage cheese the owner found for me and found it had expired two weeks before.
