William personally drove one hour on a Sunday to come to my house to see what the problem was and even brought a loaner bike along, figuring it might need to go into the shop. Amazing service. Went above and beyond, spensing nearly 2 hours on my bike, even though we were only scheduled for 20-30 mins safety tune-up (for $53). Used spare parts from other bikes to replace worn out parts on mine, free of charge (e.g. brake pads, phone stand, bell). Would 100% go back!
What a refreshing customer service experience. My son’s bike wasn’t working and Bill came over almost immediately and solved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy. Highly highly recommend
