I just moved in I know I haven’t been here long but the area is truly great ‘safe place to live in and raise children. Justin is a nice man who truly try’s his best to fix in work things out he has a lot on his plate I love my place there is a few minor thing I did put in to be fixed but honestly I know ppl are busy in it takes time my kids love it here great schools in overall it’s really a nice place they try there best to stay on top of things
Called Friday to report a dog in the community behind us that keeps acting aggressive and roaming freely & coming back, approaching my door growling & barking I can’t have my children outback because I’m nervous he will attack them. I tried to call Justin to report the dog Friday after the dog lingered my back door, same day had an issue with dryer *again* after the huge storm, the fuse box was smoking & dryer was flooded had to call emergency maintenance to be told it was not going to be fixed and was hung up on by the same... read more
Love the area and the apartment! Problem is staffing, so I'm told. I've been here since the first year, the rent has gone up while everything else has gone down! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a maintenance person to take care of a problem! I'm told there is no maintenance person available. The people they have doing the lawn care now are terrible! It's almost like they don't care about the property anymore.
