Very thorough, professional with the task at hand and gave me very good advice.
I called and left a message to be called back, as no lawyers were available when I called. Even though i informed them that it was an emergency situation, and that Time was of the Essence, I reveived no call. When I called back after 5 days, I was told "I don't think this was actually referred to anyone." If THIS is their level of professionalism, I can't understand how ANYONE has a positive view of them. Completely worthless and/or useless.
My elderly mother has been in a terrible car accident, we were grateful for the constant communication received from this Law Firm, particularly Matthew Pearn, he was genuine, supportive and took the time to listen, your human compassion goes above and beyond, in the end, we were satisfied with the settlement, which could not have happened without Matthew.
Great service by everyone who works at the office. Especially Matthew Pearn. 100% recommend to anyone and his assistant Ethan is amazing. I have had the privilege of working with them for my whole family as we were in an MVA.
