The Federal Reserve erroneously required some money back from my mother's SS which they now acknowledge was a mistake, but an employee at WCU randomly chose one of my accounts to take money out of without even informing me. Then my son got an auto loan, letting them know that he also had an insurance settlement check coming which they agreed to cash for him. this bank constantly has card issues. good people but when they lock your card on a weekend and have zero after hours customer services its ridiculous. not being able to access my own money because my bank fails in customer service is driving me fucking crazy. i will be taking my account somewhere else soon
