Id give them 0 if I could... they say there a bank on the phone to me ... they are in the stone age and have messed up my saving and checking for the last time ...should be your last option. I caution you to decide this as a banking option all locations included.
This is quite far the worst Credit Union I have ever been with they run their business like a bank the $5 initial deposit is supposed to be because the account holders are supposed to own a share of the bank they have raised ATM withdrawal fees and I'm not talking about the fees the ATM charges you I'm talking about the almost $3 they charge you for using an ATM out of network not only that but now I guess I'm being charged $0.75 from MasterCard just for having a bank card I have had this bank for 5 years and I suggest anybo... read more
This Credit Union will treat you like a criminal for taking your own money out of your account. I've had two people call me and now I have to show PAPERWORK because I pulled my own funds, direct deposited, out of my account during the giving season. I don't even know what to say....
I’m a bit surprised at the terrible reviews.. I’ve always reached a person and had great customer service opening accounts and with two loans. The only negative is that it takes forever to get a debit card replacement.
This bank is very incompetent. I've dealt with many smaller mistakes over the years but the last straw was when I had a dispute that they deemed a valid charge because the merchant forged documents for "proof" even after telling them and showing the inconsistencies. Definitely don't care about their customers. Go ANYWHERE else
