Today I went in there to start a business account and a guy named Rich treated me like I wasn’t really fit to have a business account and acted like they didn’t really want my business. Finally I said , if you want me to go somewhere else I will. But since I’ve got 1/4 million in there and had decent service before today I went ahead. Not telling anyone how to run their business but if I was a bank that had a multimillion dollar super cool bank being built in town I would treat my customers like I wanted them there.
Absolutely do not 100%, do not use Whitefish Credit Union at all I've been a member for them for 19 years and trying to get an ATV loan with $10,000 down and make $100,000 a year and they said they would have no options for me even being a member after 19 years seeing all the money flow and direct deposits in my account 100% unboil Credit Union. Will be closing my account through this Credit Union since they do not absolutely care about their customers at all.
