Having visited this Care Home on a number of occasions , my first impressions are a very pleasant atmosphere all the staff are very friendly and helpful ..Having undergone major refurbishment the whole home looks fantastic and looks and feels more like a high class hotel
Whitefield House is beautiful, from the outstanding care received from staff to the elegant decor.
My father was in this home for just over a year. I am sorry to say that I don't believe he received adequate care from the get go I was not happy and voiced a concern which did not go down very well a few weeks after he moved in. He seemed to deteriorate quite rapidly, after being in this home a few months his ankles had swollen considerably, then he just could'nt walk, everytime I visited he was sat there with a bib on and messy with food.
