My ex husband fraudulently signed my name to a contract with this company. The signature was obvious proof because the handwriting was identical. After submitting a request to have my name removed and all legal responsibilities to be solely turned over to him and not me, this "business" refused to cooperate. They even went as far as to agree to this if I would submit a notarized affidavit stating I was not responsible for the debt and never signed the agreement. I completed the document and submitted it. They have resorted to cold calling and rather than leaving a name on vm, they leave a 'call us' kind of message. When I called their customer service asking them to remove me off their list since it was my work phone number, the lady on the other end, was extremely rude and hung up on me since I couldn't provide the unknown person's name who has my name on his list to keep calling. This is DISGUSTINGLY UNACCEPTABLE customer service and cold calling techniques. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company does not care about the customer. They use shady tricks and loop holes to constantly raise minimum payment amounts, account balances and payment due dates
