We used White Wings Stretcher transport service from University Hospital to a LTC home for our family member’s admission. The booking was simple, personal service. The day of, the drivers took care of everything on time, well, even a bit early! We just met at the LTC Home. The drivers even brought our family member a coffee on the way, such great service. The vehicle was spotless and the drivers friendly and took care of everything. Highly recommend this service!

After using their services over the last 2 months (many times) I must say this company is very pleasant, professional and attentive to not only my father's needs, but also the caregiver needs (myself). They are prompt, friendly and caring. I recommend them highly for patient transportation and respite.

We have used White Wings 3 times so far, and every trip has been exceptional. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. All staff we have had contact with have been a pleasure to deal with, accommodating for all the needs we have required (wheelchair assistance, support and accompaniment). I used White Wings Transportation service to transport my brother, who is wheelchair bound, to the hospital for outpatient minor surgery. They picked us up on the agreed upon time and had us at the hospital with time to spare. We were not sure of the length of time the procedure would take but White Wings told us to simply call them when finished and they would send a driver to the hospital.
