I always have a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere is relaxing, while still being incredibly results-driven. The staff are always honest and helpful. Never over sell. I left feeling refreshed and very happy with my results. Highly recommend!
My experience at this place was so far truly disappointing and not pleasant at all. From the first interaction I had a Wayspa GC and instead of informing me that it will be locked in to their place before I booked they told me after my appointment which was very disappointing. Their prices are incredible high and they push you into these expensive treatments they have , if you tell them you don't want too and you want something else from so many facial treatments they have, they start treating you differently in a negative w... read more
My experience at White Willow Medi Spa was amazing! Abbi Little did my brilliance facial and it was such a positive experience. She was both personal and professional. I felt so refreshed and also learned alot about my skin care routine. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing experience! All the staff were helpful, kind, and very welcoming. The spa itself is beautiful. Abbi was very professional and knowledgeable. She made recommendations about the facial that would be best for me and explained each step as she was doing it. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep towards the end. I highly recommend this medi spa, and will definitely be back.
