I asked her name so that I could reference who I was speaking with and she refused her name but turned around and asked me all this personal information I needed to get involved with the attorney. There was a huge debate as far as I don’t know why you need my name and I’m telling her I just want to address you correctly hence is why I recorded the call because that’s the respect thing.
