Driver was using GPS and a 20 minute drive took over an hour AND STILL NEVER reached my destination! HORRIBLE!! Someone had to come pick up my brother!
This company customer service sucks. The lady who answer the phone has a nasty attitude. She doesn't listen to a word you say. She disrespectful. I don't understand why are you in a field where you are nasty to customers. Smh
