I would never recommend anyone to White Top car service again bc some of these drivers are very rude especially this guy saying that he's in wingate park and on the way but he also told my mom not to open the car door bc he could get a ticket something like that and I was very uncomfortable and I was SMH, then mom told the him that you have to treat customers with respect and one day we'll get old too, we made it home to our destination and I confront the driver and said don't rush me I'm coming out plus that's the worst exp... read more
Takes way too long so long on hold and the cars take so long to come
Driver was using GPS and a 20 minute drive took over an hour AND STILL NEVER reached my destination! HORRIBLE!! Someone had to come pick up my brother!
This company customer service sucks. The lady who answer the phone has a nasty attitude. She doesn't listen to a word you say. She disrespectful. I don't understand why are you in a field where you are nasty to customers. Smh
