I haven't actually had a ride from them yet, but I like that they had called me the night before my Canceled appt. I'm sure they didn't get the message from MTM yet or something cause we all know how MTM works......

They keep assigning us to lyft who is super unreliable. They repeatedly cancel last minute after telling us they will arrive 3 hours before the appointment time. That means 2 and a half hours of sitting and waiting for my daughter’s appointment and sometimes that’s early morning before the dentist is even open in the winter waiting outside. Luckily they end up canceling and CDA medical transport comes to the rescue. Very kind and compassionate staff, people, love the service and am very grateful for it. I just wish MTM would be more helpful and kind to them. MTM needs to have better communication with Whitetail and their drivers, if someone has to cancel Whitetail doesn't get hold of that information a lot of times and makes things difficult. Plus a lot of the drives for the day are apparently nearly all on Google Docs and makes things harder for them too.
