The Big Kahuna Tiki Bar completely exceeded my expectations. Jeff’s customer service was phenomenal, and his instructional videos were spot on. My wife and I put the whole thing together and under an hour. Jeff added an extra shell for me so that I could have more space for my Margaritaville Blender system. I highly recommend White sands tiki bar to anybody interested in having their own personal oasis.
I can’t say enough good things about our new tiki bar. We love it! The whole process, from start to finish, was a breeze. Jeff was responsive to my calls and special requests. He delivered it exactly when promised. Most importantly set up was a breeze and the quality outstanding.
After searching for several days trying to find the right tiki bar, we came across the White Sands site. Jeff was great from the beginning, and explained all expectations in great detail. Our tiki bar was delivered and set up ahead of the estimated date, and far surpasses our expectations. VERY highly recommended!
We love our tiki! We received it last May and It has far exceeded our expectations and is the highlight of our back yard. We live locally and Jeff himself helped set it up. He was patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect size and tiki for our backyard for the space we had picked out. This company is careless and is about to cost me $500 after shattering my windshield. I was driving behind their truck when a giant ice chunk flew off the roof of their truck and destroyed my windshield. They are a danger on the roads because they could care less about properly cleaning off their vehicles. I wouldn’t want someone with so little regard for their fellow human beings working in my house. Shame on you!
